GrowDM.ai (“GrowDM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an Instagram automation platform operated by SolarioTech from India. These Terms govern your use of the GrowDM web app, desktop app, mobile apps, and API.

By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GrowDM.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GrowDM. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use GrowDM with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the platform.

By using GrowDM, you confirm that:

You own the Instagram account you connect, or you are authorised by its owner to operate it on their behalf.
Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You will not use GrowDM for illegal, abusive, or deceptive activities.

2. What GrowDM Does

GrowDM connects to Instagram Business and Creator accounts through Instagram’s official integration for businesses. Once connected, you can build automations that:

Trigger on a direct message, a comment on one of your posts, or a story mention.
Match incoming text against keywords you choose (any keyword, or all of them).
Send a reply you have written in advance — text, links and buttons, image cards, or a carousel — as a DM, and optionally post a public reply to the comment that triggered it.
Optionally ask the recipient to follow you before continuing, and send follow-up messages.
Record how many times each automation triggered, replied, or failed.

The wording of every message GrowDM sends is written and configured by you. GrowDM matches keywords and delivers what you have set up; it does not compose messages on your behalf or decide what to say.

GrowDM is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Instagram, or Google.

3. Your Instagram Connection

Connecting an account authorises GrowDM to read your profile information, and to read and reply to messages, comments, and mentions on that account. Instagram shows you exactly what you are granting before you approve it. You can disconnect the account inside GrowDM, or revoke access from Instagram’s own settings, at any time.

The authorisation Instagram issues expires periodically and can be withdrawn sooner. When that happens, automations for the affected account stop until you reconnect it. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta’s own terms and platform policies, and you are responsible for staying within them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, or deceptive communications.
Automate an Instagram account you do not own or are not authorised to operate.
Violate Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram’s Community Guidelines, or the policies of any other integrated platform.
Use GrowDM to collect, scrape, resell, or re-target recipient data outside the conversation the recipient started.
Attempt unauthorised access to GrowDM systems or other accounts.
Reverse engineer, resell, or rent access to the platform without written permission.
Circumvent rate limits, or place unreasonable load on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Meta may also independently restrict or disable your Instagram account for policy breaches, and we cannot reverse those decisions.

5. Your Messages, Your Responsibility

You decide who GrowDM messages and what it says. As between you and GrowDM, you are the sender of those messages and are responsible for their content, for any consent or disclosure your jurisdiction requires, and for handling the personal information of people who reply to you.

GrowDM processes that information on your instructions in order to run your automations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@growdm.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Repeated failed login attempts temporarily lock an account. We may also suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

7. Free Trial, Plans & Billing

A free trial, where offered, is available once per user. We may end or change trial availability at any time.
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, our payment processor. GrowDM never receives or stores your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan’s billing cycle until cancelled.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
GST is applied where required under Indian tax law and shown on your invoice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to paid features may be restricted until billing is restored.

8. Referral Credits

Where a referral programme is available, credits are earned in account balance only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may be reversed if the referral is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or self-referred.

9. Availability & Delivery

We work to keep GrowDM available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific uptime level unless separately agreed in writing.

Message delivery depends on Meta. Rate limits, messaging-window rules, API changes, outages, and account restrictions on Meta’s side can delay or prevent a reply from being sent, and are outside our control. Features may change or be discontinued as the platform evolves.

10. Intellectual Property

The GrowDM platform, software, branding, and designs remain our property. The content you create — your automations, message templates, and uploaded media — remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and deliver it in order to run the service for you.

11. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using GrowDM at any time, and can request deletion of your account and data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or where required by law or by Meta. Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will tell you why.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

GrowDM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant any particular business result — reach, replies, leads, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, lost revenue or profit, or the acts, outages, or policy decisions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to GrowDM is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects your rights, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use GrowDM after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
