Refund policy

We back GrowDM with a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. If GrowDM is not the right fit in the first 30 days, email billing@growdm.ai with your account email and we will process a full refund — no questions asked, no friction.

For yearly plans, refunds are prorated for the unused months after the first full month. GST collected as part of the invoice is refunded along with the base amount where applicable under Indian tax rules.

Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.
